1. Sourcing right profiles from job portals.
2. Discussing job profile with the candidates and scheduling interivews with the Line managers.
3. Co-ordinating between candidates and line manager
4. Ensuring that the vacant positions are closed within the TAT
5. Advise on documents required for offer release.
6. Building a database for references ; work on references
